No response when connecting the Magic Box to the car?
Please make sure that the wired Carplay of the car is normal first.
Connect your cell phone to the car first and see if it works.
Can’t connect to the network? Can’t use Netflix and YouTube?
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Open Personal Hotspot.
3. Turn on Maximize Compatibility.
Once Maximize Compatibility is turned on, Magic Box will be able to connect to your iPhone’s Personal Hotspot.
Cell phone connecting to car monitor unresponsive?
1. Restart your cell phone
2.Check whether the phone Bluetooth start the carplay car
3.WiFi and Bluetooth should be activated.
If it doesn’t work, please try:
1. Plug in the USB power cord and wait for two minutes.
2. Long press the hole next to the usb port on the magic box for 3 seconds,
release it and press it again for 1 second, it will appear on the display.

Works just as it’s supposed to. I noticed that on my ford bronco raptor, the side screen would go over the Netflix and I’d have to switch back to my CarPlay to expand the screen. It took me awhile to find out the simple solution. Aside from that, after the initial set up, it’s plug and play.My iPhone does favor the smart box and connects to the Bluetooth before my Ford Bluetooth which drives me crazy because in the middle of the call – it will switch over so I have to make sure it’s disconnected and only connected when I’m watching a movie.I don’t have any problems with it connecting which is a big win. Others I’ve tried in the past have a tough time. I like that I can watch YouTube videos or music videos from youtube and the TikTok function is also nice when I’m chillin in the parking lot on my break.I do hate that I can’t get rid of the bars below the show. Well Worth The Price – Works Flawlessly
I have purchased two other brands and types of car play dongle/adapters for my 2020 Chevrolet 1500 pickup and both have fallen short. One did not work at all (most expensive) and the other had a HDCP compliance issue with the HDMI input that I could not overcome. The wireless Apple Carplay and Android car both work flawlessly. Ease of setup and connectivity are spot on. Netflix and Youtube also both work as described in the product description. Extremely happy with my purchase and have bought another for an additional family member’s vehicle. Good value and works great.
