WHY DOESN’T THIS CAR WIRELESS CHARGER WORK?
1. Confirm that your phone model supports the wireless charging function.
2. Use the cable came with the package to connect the power.
3. The thickness of the phone case does not exceed 4mm. Make sure there is no metal material magnetic objects, credit cards or pop holders, etc. on the back of your phone.
4.lf the wireless car charger’s indicator does not light up after connecting the power supply please let we know directly.
WHY NOT FAST CHARGING OR NOT CHARGING?
Please use the QC3.0 car charger (not included) as its power source.
WHY DOES THE SUCTION CUP FALL OFF THE DASHBOARD?
1. Make sure the dashboard is smooth, no slope and no dust.
2. There are two fixed knobs on the bracket which can swing up and down and stretch. Please tighten the knob to avoid shaking.
3.A noteworthy detail is that before placing the product on the dashboard, you need to turn on the button then put the suction cup on where you want to place, and finally fasten the button.

Installs well, with a quality adhesive. Very secure, and charges your phone wirelessly. Installed in my 2007 Ram 3500 dually. The truck rides ROUGH with one-ton suspension. This unit hasn’t fallen off one time, nor does it drop my phone.You can choose from a few different back light color options. When you set your phone on it, it automatically closes, securing your phone nicely. A press of one of the side buttons let’s the phone go.Overall, a quality unit that looks great and functions well. I would buy for a second vehicle.

Cute & does the job!
I purchased the pink mount for use on my car’s air vent. It fits my iphone 16 pro perfectly, was (mostly) easy to install, & features really a cool LED display offering different colors, & can be toggled on/off. I like that it offers the charging ability unlike some mounts, & can be used for quite some time unplugged from power. It didn’t come with real instructions for air vent installation, & I cannot get the mount to stay propped up & stationary unassisted. The mount weighs down my air vent, forcing the vent & mount to point downwards. I was able to sort of manipulate it into a semi-desired position by using a nearby knob to help prop the mount on. I recently had a mount almost identical that propped up great on my air vent so this was a bit frustrating. But all in all it does its job. I’m hoping I stumble upon an installation solution because I’m convinced I might be doing something wrong, however, I followed many random YouTube video tutorials exactly, & my outcome looks identical. Maybe the unit is just too heavy. Unfortunately I don’t have my previous vent mount for weight-comparison. Also, I loveee the LED display, I just wish it was designed to stay on with & without a phone mounted. I love the colors at night especially! It’d be cool if the lights could have alternating effects, like both pulsing & steady, & colors that could repeatedly cycle. Basically what you’d get with a basic LED strip kit lol. Ok, that is all 🙂

Best wireless charging car mount
This works great. I needed a wireless phone charger/mount for my old car and this one checked all the boxes. The mount stayed stuck to the dash and the wireless charging always worked. It even rotated so I could watch movies(as a passenger of course)while I was on long drives.

Awesome!!
This is great!! I previously had a very similar looking one that was round instead of square, but that one was purely MagSafe attachment only. I really struggled to find MagSafe cases that would work with it, so I returned it and got this. I really appreciate that this has a thing that holds your phone as well as the MagSafe charging incase you don’t want to put a MagSafe case on your phone or just need to quickly put it to use the GPS and get somewhere without worrying about it falling. I also really like the varying color options!! Very easy to use – plugged in, attached to the vent, and that was it. Definitely worth it! (Side note though – box came really damaged, but product was fine)

It works…but could be better
It will fit the Samsung Flip3 with a case, it does not charge the phone without the case since the battery doesn’t line up with the charging sensors. The long arm does not stay locked in position so it’s not ideal if you want to keep your phone in a position other that what the straight arm will afford. It does charge my phone and it does hold it in place, so it does most of what it’s advertised to do.The customer support for this product has been helpful. Since the charger does work with the the phone in its case, and it’s really the arm mechanism that is defunct, I am changing my review from 3 to 4 stars. If the arm functionality was better, I’d like it a lot more. It’s just so helpful to have my phone gps visible.
