As a personal trainer, I gave these dice to some of my clients as a gift. They like to have interactive training sessions, so this was a great find for me. Helps me get creative with them, and they will have fun too! Maybe they will even do it on their own LOL! Would also be great to get kids to workout too. Fun size and great exercises included for all levels.

Decent workout dice. Would be better if they came with description of each exercise on the dice. We had to Google some of the unknown exercises while many common HITT exercises are left off.
