Best thing for strengthening legs!
Bought for my 90 year old father who doesn’t move around too much but needs his legs moving. His doc suggested this and it’s great! He just got it but loves it and the fact it’s manual option and automatic is even better! Def a go too!

Efficient
My 82 year old grandmother was looking for something one of these to help aide her in moving her legs while sitting for periods of time. She enjoys the feel. Complained of back pain after ha ha but no biggie gave her a little work out. So far so good.

Sturdy Under the Desk Elliptical | Prefer to use it turned off
The machine arrives nicely packaged and is quite heavy, ensuring it doesn’t slide around during use. I actually use it far more than I expected, but seldom with it turned on. I found the automated rotation to be awkward and I was less engaged. I had expected the automated sequences to be more like walking on a treadmill in regards to how I still had to interact, but discovered that wasn’t really how it worked. The automated cycles switch between different speeds and backward and forward motions. Unplugged and just under my desk, there is more resistance and I am having to exert more energy. So, yes, I use it a lot, but not the way it was intended to be used.

Good for keeping your legs mobile, but doesn’t offer any resistance levels
This compact little device fits nicely under a desk or in front of your couch, and is small enough you can store it out of the way so you’re not always stubbing your toes on it. It plugs in to a standard outlet to offer pace assistance, but it doesn’t really offer any resistance so you won’t be building up a lot of muscle but you will be moving your body and keeping your blood pumping. However, you can use it without it being powered up, so plugging it in is not strictly necessary. It’s got a remote (takes AAA batteries) to help with all the controls, so you don’t have to bend over to access all the controls (useful if you put the unit under a desk) but because the screen’s on the machine itself, you can’t /see/ it under a desk. The remote doesn’t offer any of the info from the unit, either, so if you’re trying to keep track of things like how fast you’re pedaling or how many calories you’ve burned. Over all, it’s a well built machine and feels both substantial and sturdy, so it doesn’t tip or wiggle while you’re using it. So it’s got a lot of features, but I can’t give it 5 stars because it’s so close to perfection but it just misses the mark in several different places.

Quiet, Effective, and Enjoyable
I am seated at a desk 9 -10 hours a day. I need some leg movement, so I ordered this Sweetcrispy Compact Under-Desk Elliptical /Quiet Mini Pedal Exerciser with Adjustable Speed and LED Display. The elliptical arrived with a remote, power cord, and instruction manual. The remote requires two AAA batteries which are not included. The elliptical can be controlled from the remote or the control panel on the top of the machine. Unboxing, reading the manual, to full functioning took only a matter of minutes. This Sweetcrispy Elliptical offers a smooth glide with a variety of speeds and times. It has a manual mode that allows the user to set time, speed, and direction, and an automatic mode with three preset programs of speed and direction that are 20 minutes long each. The time of these presets can be adjusted but not the speed and direction. A time range of 5 minutes minimum to 30 minutes max is possible. Additionally, the elliptical can be operated without power, allowing for active exercise requiring user powered movement and muscle contraction. The pedals are large and can accommodate most foot sizes. The machine is well built and sturdy. Where the power cord plugs in was not indicated on the diagram in the instructions, but it was easy to locate. The unit is ultra quiet and under desk usage is unnoticeable. (I have not tested this at the highest speed. Faster speeds may cause movement that is more noticeable.) The various speeds and times allow for growth for those users who have been very inactive. There is an integrated handle slot on top of the unit that doubles as a remote storage compartment. The unit is portable but may be a bit weighty for some users. Although the exercise is passive, I feel like I am getting a leg workout. I am enjoying using this Sweetcrispy Elliptical and will be recommending it to others.

Very quiet, and a great way to keep your legs moving
The machine plugs into a normal, 120V outlet. But you can use it unplugged just as well. As long as you are pedaling, the display lights up and shows all available information (speed, time, calories, etc.). Even when plugged in, the machine does not provide any more resistance to pedaling. It only enables the machine to set the pace of your exercise, by providing faint assistance at a set pace. You can set your own pace without the machine being plugged in.The remote takes two AAA batteries. With the remote, you can set the pace (if plugged in), and the exercise time (5 to 30 minutes). You can also scroll through the available information on the display, which is limited to time, distance, speed, steps, and calories. As far as I can tell, the machine is not suitable for tracking long term exercise goals since it doesn’t remember your numbers from one session to the next.Importantly, there are no resistance levels. This machine does not provide enough resistance to build your leg strength. It is only good for keeping your legs moving, which it does well. Moving your legs keeps the blood circulating in your legs, and burns a few calories while you sit at your desk. The visibility of the LCD screen under the desk is an issue. You have to duck under the desk to read it. But there isn’t much value to the information displayed anyway. The machine is easy to use and rather fun to use. It is very quiet. Another person in the same room will probably not even hear it. It keeps your legs moving, and for purpose I give it 5 stars.
