OMG!
so I was hesitant to see what this was going to look like when I ordered it. Lets just say I am beyond thrilled!!! Both figures are amazingly accurate! with every single detail accounted for and noticeable. The Stormtrooper is the new run. With its many parts of articulation and a somewhat redesigned look. Unlike other vintage collection troopers, this stormtrooper does not have a removable helmet ( which is by no means a drawback due to the fact that those with removable helmets fit very loose and fall off easily.) Also this trooper has a new belt, which includes non removable bells and whistles. It is lacking that round buttpack tube however this is hardly a drawback, adds a bit of uniqueness. As for the Imperial scanner Crewmen, I am at a loss for words. He is PERFECT!. Just as articulate as the Stormtrooper but with a human feel. The cap is non removable ( which again is not a major issue because it would be to small and most likely easy to loose). Honestly I was very very very pleased with these two new recruits to my growing imperial army. The scanning box honestly I thought was just a box but as I picked it up I heard loose plastic rolling around. Fearing it broken I examined it closer only to find THERE WAS SCANNING EQUIPMENT INSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no idea what the parts would do it the star wars world but its amazing non the less! The color detail and small parts are amazing. In truth You would be a Fool not to add this set to your Imperial arsenal! LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!

Dude it’s TK-421!
I’m a sucker for anything Imperial especially related to stormtroopers. The box clearly states that it is indeed TK-421 standing guard. Great detail for both figures, nice weapons with working holsters, and scanning equipment box. Pop the lid and there is a couple goodies inside. This would be a perfect addition to a MF diorama or anyone who appreciates obscure sets from the movies.

Scanning complete!!
As other reviewers have stated this set is awesome. The only two things that I might add to the other reviews are as follows. First, while the painting details are great, they are not perfect on my set. When you move the feet of the scanning crew member, the joint is not painted so you have a small grey strip when not in the completely up position. Not terrible but barely noticeable when positioning the figure to stand on its’ own. Which by the way it does with ease! Second, and this is a very minor detail, the hose or cable line attached to the scanning gun accessory does not want to “plug in” to the hole in the crate. It should be an easy fix to shave it down a bit or widen the hole a little but it does require some adjustment in order to fit the receptacle as intended. As I said these are the only mynute details not mentioned by the other reviewers. It’s really just nit picky observations and doesn’t lesson the outstanding overall quality of the set. The strengths of the many great aspects of this set make it well worth the purchase. How many Stormtrooper figures come complete with a com-link (which by the way is supposed to be detachable from the belt and designed to be held in TK-421’s hand)? I didn’t remove it for fear of loosing it, but it does appear to come off and that in itself says a lot. This is a must have set for collectors.
