Real Essentials 4 Pack: Womens Active Athletic Performance Dry-Fit Shorts with Zipper Pockets (Available in Plus Size)

Comfortable shorts but I don’t care for the pockets
This 4 pack of 90% polyester shorts are very nice in appearance. The fabric is soft with it being 90% polyester. The 4 colors are exactly as shown in the picture description. These fit me well. I ordered a large & I’m 180lbs & 5’6” they hang perfectly. What I don’t care for is the pocket. The zipper snags when trying to open it. Plus it’s simply not big enough to hold an iPhone. Well I should say it holds it but I have difficulty getting it in so it’s a waste of time trying. Plus with these being polyester the material is very lightweight so it hangs down. Putting keys in the pocket is easier. I’d me happier if the pocket didn’t exist at all because it makes for a little bit of an uncomfortable feeling when I sit down. Besides that these are good to wear casually & for $36.99 for four this equates to $9.25 a pair which I think is a good value of my money. I do recommend but be aware of the zipper. Oh, also the drawstring is very long.

$7 pair of shorts, about what you’d expect
Bought a 4-pak for $28. Just needed some workout/lounge shorts. Right out of the package, 1 pair had myriad strings from the hems hanging down. Ok, snipped them. They still happen though, it’s slowly unraveling with every wash. Another pair 1 pocket was halfway sewn shut, had to rip that one open. The 3rd pair has a hole just above the pocket, so as I continue to put my hand in it, the hole slowly is getting larger. The 4th pair was defect free.That being said, they are super comfortable. Lightweight, silky fabric that breathes well. They are a little on the larger side for size. So if you are on the fence on going up a size, don’t. And I did buy them for having zippered pockets (so far the zips all seem to work, fingers crossed).Overall they are 4 pairs of $7 shorts, and it wasn’t enough for me to feel like I needed to return them. I use them like $7 shorts

I’ll be ordering more
So I was a bit skeptical of these shorts, generally a 4 pc of shorts are made cheaply and inconsistent in sizing. I thought the material would be clingy and I’d wanna rip them off.Oh boy was I wrongFirst they came as described, color and sizing was as pictured. I ordered a normal size for me, these are cut a little flowy in the legs which is great they don’t stick to me. The pockets are plenty deep for a cell phone an they have zippers . The material is soft and silky but not to the point they shine. They are adjustable with the draw string . The colors are as advertised.I’m not one who generally wears shorts but since retiring to be a full time grandmom I noticed how hot summers are. These are perfect for moving around with a toddler buy still long enough where I don’t feel like at 43 I’m showing anything offI’ll be getting more highly recommend

Nice, light shorts
Pockets/zippers aren’t anything to brag about (you could put something small or a folding phone in there, but I’d not use those zippers often for fear they’d break/the pockets aren’t big enough to fit my phone comfortably), but the shorts themselves are comfy and have washed well. They’re great for hiking in the summer. No built-in underwear and they are long enough that you can walk around without them showing too much. I took a dip in the river fully-clothed and these dried quickly.Ended up coming back to buy more in other colors because I liked them so much and this summer is stupid-hot.

These feel like soccer shorts I use to wear as a kid, definitely longer then the regular short shorts now a days.
