Take 100 no-equipment Darebee workouts with you, wherever you go.
Stay active, get fit, build muscle tone or shed extra weight wherever you have a little time and some space.
Different Darebee workouts will ensure that your muscles don’t get used to the same routine. This will give you more in return for your time and effort and also help you stay focused and engaged. Visual routines guide you through the workout as you go from one exercise to the next. You workout at your own pace, instead of that of a video. This makes exercising more responsive to your needs and a lot more fun! You don’t have to work your way through the entire book. Pick the Darebee workouts you like most or randomly select one and make it the workout of the day. Ideally you want to do 3-4 workouts per week.
The Darebee motto is that “Fitness is a journey, not a destination. It’s important to have fun along the way.”

I like feeling awesome!
I love this book! I am a big girl. 5’3′ 218 lbs to start. I was embarrassed to go to the gym. I felt that videos never showed people like me. Darebee is a pictogram system I can follow. If there is a move that doesn’t work for your strength, level there is a modification for that. Skim the book and you WILL find a workout that you can do that is not intimidating. “You had me at BACON” is my go to. And even on my worst day I can do “Armageddon” and really feel it. I’ve never wanted to be skinny but I like being strong. DareBee and NeilaRey taught me that I don’t have to be perfect, I just have to do something. This book is full of workouts that can be easily modified to any fitness level and quietly encourages you to work toward your best level.

Perfect portable gym for those on the go!
I travel a lot, like a lot! There are years when I clock up over 50,000 air miles so training and fitness are more of a challenge than you might imagine. Having this with me is brilliant! I can pick a workout that suits my mood, time and available amount of energy and go to town on it. Some are harder than others – each focuses on something very specific and the book conveniently groups them together so it is easy to pick.No equipment necessary so you don’t need to worry about getting a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, a sit-ups bench and a chin-up bar stored in your carry-on luggage and through airport security 🙂 When boredom is a factor with exercise this little book becomes the perfect guide. Love it!

Great book
I have numerous surgeries that have really hindered working out. Knee surgery, both big toes fused and 2 hernia surgeries as well as kidney cancer. I can not lift a lot of weights due to my injuries but this book I highly recommend because of the no weights part of it!

OK, but not for newbies
Decent book, but it does have a major problem if you are new to working out or more specifically, new to these forms of exercises. There are zero demonstrations or descriptions of how to do an exercise correctly. Pretty much every exercise in this book has a single correct method for doing the exercise to get the maximum, or in many cases, any benefit out of the exercise. Do it wrong, and you are wasting your time, or worse, risking injury. Done with correct technique, you will reap the benefits. The technique is the critical aspect and no mention or explanation of it is to be found here.Combine that with what the book is, an assembly of numerous exercises in various orders, and time frames thrown in for targets and you get a book you could have written yourself. I bought this first, and then on seeing the problem, I looked into Vol. 1 of this series from the author. Same issue. So if you don’t know the exercises, and how to do them. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I love this book. It’s my go-to for home work outs and no-equipment work outs at the gym. Plus, all of the exercises have videos on the Darebee YouTube channel that show you how to do the exercise if the pictures aren’t enough.
