The secret to happiness is lowered expectations.
The case it comes in light and feels cheap. I expected this for the price. What I did not expect was the sound quality was good, the mic worked very well, it synced fast, and fits great. I have NO idea what the battery life is like yet, i just got them and haven’t had to charge them after a couple hours of use.I got these because my in ear buds were annoying me. I took a chance because they were cheap and had great reviews. My expectations were low but these are decent.The thing that surprised me most is how well they stay on. I did everything I could to get them to all off and never happened. I put shirts on, split some logs, laid on the ground like I was working on a car. If the batteries don’t last at least 4 hours I will come back and update, but so far very happy.

Excellent Buds
This was my first open ear set. Light enough that at times you will forget it is on. I have looked for another set that is different that this one because I gave my buds to my son, but I have not found a different pair that is as comfortable or as light as this pair. I mostly use them to listen to podcasts.

5 starts except for one detail
I am a Lyft driver, and in-the-ear buds would not allow me to have conversations with my passengers. So, I decided to try the X18. I love the comfort of the over-the-ear technology. I was worried that the sound would be compromised, but the sound clarity is terrific, and I can still carry on a conversation without having my ears plugged. So, what’s the problem? Being a rideshare driver, I use them to receive directions from my phone. This allows me to get clear instructions from the app without having to stop my conversation or turn down the radio in order to hear GPS directions. The only problem is that for each instruction I receive, these earphones always miss the first word or two of the instructions. At first, I thought it was my Lyft app that was the problem, so I tried using Google maps to get me home after my last ride, and the exact same problem occurred. Now, most people won’t use these for that application, but just know that using them for GPS directions will lose the first word or two on every instruction. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unless they can fix this communication issue with my iPhone14, it will have to be 4 stars. Please comment if there is a fix or if it’s an ongoing issue. This is not enough for me to return these as I really like everything else about them, and I’m still able to figure out the instructions without hearing “Turn” or “Continue”.

Comfortable and don’t fall out of my ears
I’m a bus driver and a teacher. As you can imagine, I get emergency calls from the school all the time. We cannot handle our phones while driving, so these come in clutch if the school or bus barn needs me. The fit right over my ear. I cannot use Apple AirPods because they fall out of my ears when I start talking.

Where’s the Sixth Star!! I don’t often bump a product above a 4 star but once in a while a 6th star is deserving. That’s what these, best ever, behind the ear headset I’ve been looking for some real comfortable ear pieces plus all the other bells and whistles. The head set control is simple and effective. Phone call coming and going are crystal clear. Music quality, better than most. So comfortable, I immediately for got I was wearing them. Worth regular price but with a sake in un buying 3 more sets for friends and family. Finally, a great product well worth the money.

Great fit, easy to use and connect
I use these for customer service calls for one specific line rather than have the line connected to my landline. They fit great and the sound is amazing! I love that they offer the left and right buds so I can use one side or both. My only negative (which isn’t really a complaint) is that the charge only lasts 8 hours so for the last 1/2 hour that I am at work, I have to take calls through the computer speaker. Poor bass, not good for music. Occasionally one speaker stops working, then have to put it back in the charging case and take out to make it work. the touch pad is a bit laggy so you end up touching it a few times, so it is a bit annoying.

Son los primeros audífonos que compro de este estilo, dude bastante por algunas reseñas malas que encontré en la publicación del artículo también decidí comprarlos ya que escuchar música o cualquier cosa en general me ayuda mucho a concentrarme en lo que hago, para nada su sonido es malo, me sorprende la calidad con la que llega los sonidos al oído y la claridad con la que escucho los sonidos a mi alrededor, sin duda la espera por ellos (2 semanas ) a válido la pena aún no compruebo los tiempos de descarga y la duración de su base, los audífonos se ven de buen material y son cómodos aún usando lentes, sin duda es una buena opción para probar. Yo use estos audífonos conectados a un teléfono android de Motorola, no sé si en otros dispositivos se escuche diferente, mientras tanto me funcionan de maravilla
