Is there an insert that has pockets for credit cards. I do not like to use a wallet?
There is not a specific pocket for credit cards but it does have several pockets on both side and a zipper in the middle where I put my wallet and cards. I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase.
How to choose the right size for my bag? I cannot find it in description?
You can measure your bag’s inner dimention and check with the size chaet(the size of physical item is a little bit smaller than the following size)
Or just email your bags size to the seller directly, they would help you get the right size.
Is the zipper enough sturdy? I am so upset I got one with zipper falling out from others.
Yes, the metal zipper and zipper stop design is nice. I got a large size and have used for more than 1 year and now everything is right.

Worth the money
I wish the fabric was softer/stretchier or maybe the pockets wider. Overall, it did what it was supposed to do and the narrow insert allowed me to add things around it. I used this inside my “personal item” bag for a recent flight. I had a book, ipad, laptop inside a sleeve, a small purse, tissue packs, iphone external charger, a travel coffee mug, a stuffed animal/pillow, and much more. Because it’s low, I was able to put my jacket inside as well.Shortcomings aside, I would still recommend the insert.

Ordered the Slender Large in red. It fits perfectly in the Graceful MM and the Batignolles Horizontal MM. The organizer has lots of little pockets on the side and a detachable middle pocket that has a zipper. One thing I wish this organizer came with is a base shaper. I might have to buy one separately if this organizer insert doesn’t help hold the bags shape. Overall, I highly recommend!

There was nohting wrong with it other
then it was way to boxy for my bag and made it look unshaply. It is a well made bag insert it jsut doea not fit my bag needs. It stays pretty boxy and and looks more trunky once inside a bag and also feels like a box in your handbag..
