Effective piece of workout gear! Highly recommended.
A little bit about myself: I’m male, 51, 5’8” and weigh approximately 175 pounds at the time of this writing. I love doing my home based workouts (mainly cardio) 5 times a week anywhere from 35 to 60 minutes. I also throw in some yoga and plenty of walking. I am generally in pretty good shape for my age. I could stand to lose a few pounds as I put some on in the last couple of months.To enhance my workouts, I will sometimes wear a weight vest to give myself a bit more of a challenge and it surely does. Recently, in my searches here, a suggestion came up about a sauna suit and or separate tops and bottoms and I thought that would be a great addition to my workout gear collection and decided to do a bit more research on these one piece sauna suits or separates for the wife and me. Perhaps it would make the workouts a bit more challenging in the process. When I do my cardio HIIT workouts or my yoga at home, I like having sleeveless workout gear because I like having less fabric against my skin during my workouts and I feel like there is more freedom of movement as well. A sleeveless sauna suit would be ideal and a feature I definitely desired. Unfortunately, I was having trouble locating a one piece suit that did not have sleeves at the time. On one of my recent searches, I must have used the right phrasing because this Kutting Weight sleeveless one came up as a suggestion in a sea of sauna suits for both male and female. As far as I could tell, this might be the only sleeveless, one piece sauna suit currently out at the moment through here so I immediately ordered one for the wife and one for me. In terms of measurements, my wife and I both fit into one of the measurement categories so we ordered accordingly based on the size chart. She really liked the fit and has been using it steady for the week she has had it. I ended up having to order a size down as the one I received was too loose in the legs and I thought the sweat would start to run down my legs during my workouts. The size down worked like a charm for me even though my measurements only fit into 2 of the 3 categories (bust and hips). I was only approximately an inch too wide for the waist measurement. I knew going in that this would be a trial and error for me since this is a woman’s garment but I am so glad I was able to finally find one that was sleeveless regardless of the target audience.A few other things I have observed while wearing this suit during workouts:1. I burn more calories during my workouts. Around 10% more than doing it without the sauna suit. My 50 minute session yesterday resulted in me burning approximately 720 calories according to my fitness watch. That same workout without it a week prior resulted in approximately 660 calories being burnt.2. My average heart rate during the workouts has increased more as well. During that same 50 minute session I saw my average heart rate go from 136 to 142 beats per minute.3. Wearing this sauna suit during the workout was like a step back in time when I began my cardio HIIT. They were really tough at the start and this neoprene suit has added that element back into my workouts. That will get less so over time as the body adapts.Overall I would recommend this sauna suit. It seems really well made and I believe it will last quite some time as I put it through an almost daily torture test. It definitely does what it is supposed to do. I sweat a whole bunch when doing my cardio HIIT workouts and I even sweat quite a bit while doing my yoga routines. Just wearing it casually will make you sweat as well. Only time will tell if it helps me shed a few pounds that I would like to lose. For those who want to carry items with them while wearing this, the pocket in the back of the outfit is huge. I easily fit my phone (GS10) and my wallet back there while out on a walk. I have only worn it for a few workouts now and it is having more of an effect than I thought it originally would do. It is comfortable to wear and it looks good on a male as well (Well, I think so). Would have been cool if they had a few colors to choose from such as an all-black one. Perhaps down the road they’ll have more colors to choose from (hint hint!). I was just happy I found a sleeveless one. Perhaps I’ll try the one with the sleeves in the future and see how it goes. Definitely works and better Designed suite for Cardio and Workouts
I bought this suit for my daughter who is a an athlete and trying to get lean for the season. After comparing similar products took a chance with the Kutting suit based on the design elements for anti-chafing protection when you use it for Cardio – Jogging/Running on treadmill @ 7mph. She is 5.2″ and 120lb…the XS fit like a relaxed/lose fit which is what we needed for running.FYI – this is an honest review of the product, I did not receive this product as part of any promotion.Results – in 3 weeks, we were shocked to see the Amazing results!!! she toned-up so well exposing the muscular structure and looking lean. She did a lot of cardio before purchasing the suit, but would never sweat or feel hot nor lost any fat. But after she used the suit with her cardio its night and day.Here’s the routine she followed – 6 days of regular cardio – 3 days of 3 miles @ 5-7mph no breaks (30min), 3 days of 5-6 miles @ 6-7mph (1 hr) with one break maintaining a heartrate around 170. The heat generated was enormous and sweated a lot.Care – the suit gets really sweaty, she rinses it in cold water in a bucket immediately after her workout and hangs to dry.My vote – definitely worth every penny! a must buy. Wish I could post pictures, but refraining because of her age. I am thinking to buy one for myself now.

This is a great suit. It feels very much (and looks) like a scuba suit. I wish there were a bit more insulation on the inside, the material that makes you sweat even more, but I do love it. I would for sure recommend it to a friend.

A great suit, a great company to deal with
I ordered the XL size based on the sizing chart but it was impossible to put on. (That may be on me; i have put on quite a bit of weight) I contacted Amazon to replace it with the larger size and Kutting Weight contacted me directly and made it right. Now I have the proper size and it fits great and, man, do you sweat in it. So the suit works and the company cares about it’s customers.

Excellent quality, really makes you sweat! Highly recommend for anyone looking to loose weight. I purchased a size smaller than the size chart recommend and it fits fine. I upgraded my suit which, I’ve had for years and it still was holding up great strong . The newer suit is a lot more comfortable with increased flexibility.
