Really impressed with the quality
I was hesitant to buy this because I thought it seemed overpriced, but once I received the product I felt like it was worth the money. It’s one of the sturdiest embroidery hoops I’ve seen in quite a while. I like the inner ridge that runs along the inner hoop, it really helps to lock the fabric in place and keep it taut while working. The rings are solidly molded, and the hardware feels like it’ll stand up to quite a bit of use.It’s worth noting though that I think the colors you receive may be random. The 3″ hoop I received is teal, while the listing is for a pink hoop. I’m not marking my review down for this because I actually like the teal much more than I would’ve liked the pink, but the seller should update the listing to specify if the colors are going to be random (it seems like other reviewers have experienced this as well).I bought this hoop to be able to mend/embroider sleeves of shirts where a bigger embroidery hoop wouldn’t be able to catch just one side of the fabric. It seems like it’s going to be the perfect size for this type of project. If anyone needs to know, the 3″ measurement is for the meeting point between the two rings. The inner circumference of the inner ring (the workable sewing area) comes out to 2.75 inches.

Wrong color. The tightening screw would not stay in or tighten. I had to throw them away. Useless and disappointing. Save your money.

Incorrect color, slightly smaller than advertised
I’m keeping it for a different use than intended, but it won’t work for the intended use because it’s the wrong color and slightly too small for the application. Also the sticker on it left it all sticky and I had to use adhesive remover to get it all off.
