How did we get our start?
Founder Katie McCarron turned her nutritional eye to her aging poodle, Rosie, who had lost weight and interest in food. The unnatural supplements in commercial dog food shocked Katie. She began to cook homemade meals, expanding into more healthy dog and cat products.
What makes our products unique?
We believe you should feed your pets like you feed yourself! We also partner with Pacific Northwest companies to ensure that 100% of your pet’s food is sourced and made in the United States. We hand-roll and cut our biscuits and cook all meals from scratch.

My dog is not loving it
Have to change my older girl’s diet, cutting back on the high-protein foods. Hardest thing has been the treats. These sounded like a great option– made from grains, made in the U. S. A., human-quality, flavored with peanut butter. And they seemed to get great reviews. Plus, the fact they were “up cycled” was a bonus for me– in all honesty, I will get my pets ANYTHING that is good for them, but if it’s also good for the environment, that is a plus. And unlike a lot of treats meant for my Arianna with her new dietary needs, they are fine for my Molly, who has no special needs. But neither of my girl’s will eat them. They are just too hard & don’t seem to have any attractive smell to entice them. I tried breaking them up to make them more attractive to my little Molly (7 lb Shih Tzu mix), but they are hard to break. I would say IF your dog is a fan of very hard biscuits, ok, but if not, these are not going to change that. It’s a shame. Wish they loved them.
