Steps for Soap Refill
1 Power Off
Plaese power off the machine before refill.
2 Detach the Tank
Hold the bottom and the turn the body counterclockwise.
3 Refill
Refill foaming soap. Please use foaming soap only for this dispenser. You can buy foaming soap directly or DIY foaming soap using regular soap by mixing 1 part of soap with 2-5 parts of water.
4 Attach the Tank
Align the silver dot on the tank with the silver embelishment on the body, then turn the body clockwise to lock the tank in. Don’t forget to power it back on before using it 🙂

Unique Design!
What drew me to this dispenser was its unique design and features as well as the royal blue color! This dispenser matches our couch perfectly so it makes a wonderful addition to our kitchen counter. So far it works great! Very satisfied with our purchase.

It worked great out of the box. Because it is used in a seldom used bathroom, I haven’t needed to refill until now. Followed the directions exactly. When I turned it on to use , it was sporadic at first and now will not turn back on. Do not buy this dispenser

It works great!
I’ve gone through a few different foam soap dispensers and they all either never worked or only worked for a couple months. Right from the get go this one works fantastic and I can tell it will keep working based on quality. Looks really nice on counter and I like the digital display on top.

Stopped working after 4 months
We ordered three of these dispensers. Initially worked well, but 4 months later and only one still works. I would recommend not buying this item if you want something that will last.

So cute and user friendly!
I have had this about 3 weeks now and love it! I’ve had my eye on some Simple Human automatic soap dispensers but don’t wanna pay the SH price and I like foaming soap best which some of their models don’t offer. This one is perfect! Battery lasts long! Love the 3 different dispensing modes.

UPDATE: lasted 6 months then spazzed out, started flashing, stopped working no matter what I tried. So sad, was my fave purchase of 2024. Too expensive to buy a new one every 6 months, but I’m sure gonna miss it. Rest in peace, little soap dispenser.I love this so much! I swear I have people washing their hands more often now, which is a win for me! I’ve already gone through 128 oz of foaming hand soap and it’s still working great. Everyone migrates to the kitchen sink for hand washing now. I’ve only had to charge it a few times. I like being able to set the amount of soap dispensed. We use level 2. It looks nice, I set it on a stone pad for soaking up any water drips and the mess around my kitchen sink is now gone, looks so much better, less wiping down every day! As a bit of a germ-o-phobe, this is prob my favorite purchase of 2024. Looks clean, works great, more hand washing. What’s not to love? I have an automatic ‘gel’ soap dispenser in my bathroom but you have to use 3 pumps for one hand washing. This one is way more convenient. And I don’t have to care what color the hand soap is since you don’t see it. I buy unscented and add my own essential oil for fragrance. Plus using foaming tablets reduces our plastic use and cupboard space for storing soap. I used to be an addict of the famous mall store hand soaps but that’s a lot of plastic, a lot of money, a lot of cupboard space, plus trips to the mall. This is better. Just buy this, it’s fantastic 🙂 I searched for hours before choosing this. Save your time and buy it!

Great but one tiny improvement needed
Really like this soap dispenser! Large volume, aesthetically pleasing, and nifty digital click on top. The only improvement to be made is make the bottom easier to open for refilling.
