It was relatively easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear. It took about 20 minutes in total, and I’m not very handy. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to move around, but it is sturdy enough to stay in place and not slide around while in use.It folds up easily and rests against the wall or under the bed. My abs have been sore for a couple of days after the first workout, so I know it’s targeting them effectively! It’s a smooth, quiet workout that you’ll definitely feel! Great product!In terms of the exercise itself, it works great! Smooth and fluid movements and the use of your body weight to pull up are less common ways to exercise your ab muscles, which, for me, has led to a much more efficient workout. I highly recommend picking this up.
