Buy for the Office
My office mates have this book sitting out and whenever someone is feeling tired or feel like we’ve been sitting too long, they yell out a number and we do that exercise. Some are non skirt friendly – but definitely a handy book to keep around.

Great book – Shows many exercises you can even do in your own cubicle without looking out of place!
Very nice book of all possible office workouts you could do in the office. Some of them might be a little overboard but if you have your own office and not a cubicle you probably could get away with the exercises.

Horrible customer service!
After ordering the book (in an effort to ease my constant back pains), I was sent to physical therapy by my general practitioner. There I discovered several exercises that have helped me immensely. I tried numerous times days before Amazon showed the item had supposedly shipped to cancel the order. Each time, Amazon replied that my cancel request was received. But they never acknowledged the cancellation. Finally, days after the date I was being shown to expect delivery (and days after my cancellation attempts), the book arrived. It does have many exercises (each of which is explained in limited detail) but I cannot do most of them since they might adversely affect my back. So, I’m stuck with the book. Fortunately, it didn’t cost that much so there is that. But the company should have accepted my four or five attempts to cancel the order!
