Nice but not $125 nice.
It’s roughly the size and a little heavier than the Spin Master 89 Batmobile but unfortunately 3.75″ figures don’t fit in the cockpit, the original $125 is ludicrous. The current 50% off price of 62.99 is more appropriate. A smaller Batman figure around 2.75″ would be a better option.

Love it but. . .
This is pretty piece of batman collectible that you either hate it or love it. I love the detail of the engine and the cabin, it’s actually not bad at all. I will add weathering to it, and maybe a few other details to make it stand out more, but that’s just my modeling side of me.If you put the front cover on, it’s not easy to come off, you have to struggle a bit and try not to force because it looks like it’s brittle plastic. the back cover part it’s one whole piece and I wish the tint on the plastic window would be a Lil bit lighter.The underside of the car is just a flat surface with a chassis engraving on it and nothing else.I must say that I didn’t pay the whole 125 dollars that some of you have. Therefore, in the end, I am happy that I paid a discounted price for this car which does make a niece addition to my other Batmobiles that I have, it is bigger than my 1/18th scale diecast batmobiles, but bigger is better because of the engine detail, in this case.In conclusion, I love it but. . . . A few more details would have been nice, and maybe painting the rear lights correctly and not offset would make it an even better collectible.

Yeah this was totally worth getting
Being a huge 89 Batman fan I pre-ordered it because the Anton Furst Batmobile will always be my jam. I have to admit though that I began having second thoughts about keeping my pre-order for various reasons and very nearly cancelled it. I’m very glad that I didn’t. It arrived immaculately double boxed in a Super7 shipper. The product presentation in the box with the removed panels and Japanese writing really make this a special and unique collectible piece. In fact, I can’t bring myself to open the box to take it out and am already thinking of purchasing a second one just to have an opener to play with.

What an incredible piece
As a longtime collector of Batmobile’s, I have to be honest, I didn’t even know this existed. Super 7 it’s pretty inventive and is doing a wonderful job with many of its recreations and even modern original pieces. I assume this one is in conjunction with something that’s already been made in Japan, but when I saw it on Amazon, I had to add it to my collection.The price point is a bit salty, but you get a pretty incredible die cast piece that is much more functional than the Kenner and McFarlane style options that are out there today. And this one has an exploded feature to it, even in the display box.This is a heavy piece and the box art is phenomenal. I decided to just keep mine in the box as a display so well. This is definitely a high-quality collectors piece and less of a toy that you would unwrap and play with.It’s a pretty big size at at least a foot long, and man is it awesome. Don’t hesitate to pick one of these up.

Not Entirely Accurate
Although this Batmobile is a nice size, it is not entirely accurate to the actual vehicle, not to mention slightly over priced. The most glaring difference is that the rear and front wheels are the same size. The rear wheels of the Batmobile should be bigger than the front. The engine canopy also comes up towards the snout a little higher than it should as well. Nicely finished though and could be displayed in a case with the hood up to display the engine and supported by couple of crafted rods to look like hydraulic bonnet supports.

High end bat mobile, collector quality but fine for play/decoration. Would be an awesome gift from a cool aunt/uncle for a birthday. Details are excellent.

Fantastic Model
I am just a casual Bat fan.. . but I love the ’89 Movie.. This huge model is fantastic on display in the lounge. The detail is great and the panels/body is flawless. The panels fit evenly without large gaps between the parts. A Batman action figure fits in the cabin perfect. It really is the center of attention when friends come over.. I do wish it had lights… A great bit of fun for display!
